This Gainesville home was a joy to remodel. We started by removing several walls to open up and enlarge the space, creating a more inviting and functional layout. The goal was to shift from a darker, enclosed feel to a bright and airy atmosphere-something that's very on-trend nowadays.
To achieve this, we installed new overhead lighting and added under-cabinet fixtures, dramatically improving the room's illumination. A new window over the sink brought in even more natural light, enhancing the kitchen's warmth and charm.
We relocated the range to a more practical spot where cabinets once stood, allowing for better flow and usability. Quartz countertops were added to unify the design and bring a sleek, modern touch.
One of the most rewarding changes was converting a narrow half hallway into a stylish coffee bar. It turned out to be the perfect addition-both functional and visually appealing.
