This Dawsonville home was ready for a refresh and we delivered a full remodel with thoughtful additions throughout. Today, we're highlighting the basement-a space that once felt heavy and closed in, dominated by a chunky fireplace. Now, it is a bright, inviting extension of the home, perfect for entertaining and hosting overnight guests.

We introduced new windows to bring in natural light, chose a much lighter color palettes to open up the space and give the entire area a fresh, modern look. Key features include:
