Oakwood Kitchen, Flooring and Bathroom

This Oakwood home needed a little sprucing up. We started in the kitchen with a wood custom storage bench cabinet in kitchen alcove. Then we started with new quartz counter tops with a tile back splash. Along with 5 LED can lights and 3 GFI receptacles and the cover plate. Then we went to the bathroom where we replaced the vanity and the cabinet. The new vanity included one u shape roll out shelf, 6 soft close undermount drawers and 2 soft close door. We added a 4" back splash to finish off the look. Lastly, we framed for 3 new steps, stain and finish new treads and bullnose to match existing flooring.
